Welcome to the HAF Training Studio – you are greeted by top-level and most advanced technology for achieving your dream body and well-being, Estonia’s most qualified and experienced EMS personal trainers, cosmetologists with professional education and training, and warm and professional administrators.
11 years of operation
We are the oldest and most experienced EMS training studio in Estonia, as well as the importer and distributor of most of our services. We also train others who wish to offer our services independently.

Two locations
Our studios are located in the heart of the city, both in Tartu (Ülikooli 2a) and in Tallinn (Narva mnt 59), offering convenient access from all directions. For clients at our Tallinn studio, we also provide free parking in the courtyard.
