Joining the Club and Rules
- The club membership fee is 40 euros.
- The membership fee is not mandatory, but by becoming a club member, the services are at a discounted rate.
- The membership status is valid as long as the client regularly uses our club’s services.
- If there is a longer break (over 12 months) in using the services, the client will need to pay the membership fee again.
- All of our studio packages, discount packages, and prizes are valid for 2 months from the moment the winner is announced or the package is purchased. 10-session cards are valid for 4 months.
- Our studios operate on a prepayment system, meaning that the client always makes a prepayment for the next training session.
- Please note! Changing, canceling, or not showing up for a training session less than 24 hours before the scheduled time means that the training session will be considered used. The 24-hour cancellation rule is based on the studio’s opening hours. If the training session is on Monday and the studio is closed on Sundays, the session must be canceled by Saturday at the latest.
- If a client cancels a prepaid training session and no longer wishes to attend any more sessions, we will issue a gift card for the amount of the prepayment.
