What does a 4D PRO workout look like?
In our studios, 4D PRO is a 60-minute fun group workout that trains the entire body at once. The exercises are a combination of gym, aerobics, and physiotherapy movements. Sample exercises include squats, lunges, push-ups, planks, side planks, hip lifts, various pulls, core exercises, and more.
4D PRO is an excellent alternative to any strength training.
