Fat-burning workout
The fat-burning workout is a cardio session based on EMS (electrical impulse) technology, performed in our studio on a crosstrainer, bike, or treadmill while walking for 15–20 minutes. During the workout, the EMS training frequencies are adjusted to promote fat-burning, enhance blood circulation and metabolism, improve skin structure, and increase muscle tone. This workout is especially suitable for those looking to reduce body fat percentage and weight without aiming for muscle growth.
The workout is performed using EMS training equipment and is guided by a personal trainer.
Main differences from EMS training:
While EMS training involves performing specific exercises, fat-burning workouts are exclusively done on cardio equipment. Additionally, the training frequencies differ.
