Slim Belly 

Slim Belly is a fat-burning fitness belt that helps quickly and effectively eliminate excess fat accumulated in the abdominal and waist area.

Wearing the Slim Belly belt also alleviates several other health-related issues, such as:

  • Slowed digestion and digestive problems
  • A feeling of heaviness in the stomach
  • Bloating and puffiness
  • Posture issues and back pain
  • Localized fat deposits (e.g., sides, lower abdomen, etc.)
  • Loose and stretched skin in the abdominal area

Slim Belly is used during an active workout in our studio on a crosstrainer, bike, or treadmill while walking or running (30 minutes) as the fat-burning belt works on the abdominal area.

We recommend using Slim Belly 1–3 times a week, especially before an EMS workout, but it can also be done as an individual session. Regular use results in a beautiful, flat stomach and a significantly lighter feeling!

How does Slim Belly work?

The Slim Belly belt, when firmly placed against the abdominal and waist area, warms the skin and gently massages subcutaneous fat using the principles of pressotherapy or pressure massage. This improves blood circulation and makes fat accessible as an energy source.

Specifically, the belt uses compressed air to perform lymphatic drainage, facilitating the removal of excess fluids and toxins. Since the pressure within the belt fluctuates in waves, and its strength and intensity vary, wearing the belt feels like a deep massage. This stimulates cellular and tissue metabolism, reducing swelling, fluid retention, fat deposits, cellulite, and more.

When should you wait before using Slim Belly?

Generally, anyone can use the Slim Belly belt, but there are specific cases when it’s advisable to wait:

  • At least six weeks postpartum. Consult your doctor before using the device.
  • One month after the placement of intrauterine contraceptives (e.g., IUD).
  • At least three months after a cesarean section.
  • Until the heavy days of menstruation are over, as intensive abdominal training may not be comfortable or recommended during this time.

When should Slim Belly not be used?

  • You have a heart condition that could lead to dangerous situations with device use.You have any type of abdominal implant.
  • The Slim Belly device is unsafe if it overlaps with another abdominal implant.
  • You are pregnant. The safety of the Slim Belly system cannot be guaranteed as it puts pressure on the uterus.
  • You have cancer.
  • You have deep vein thrombosis or other serious vascular problems.
  • You are under medical supervision for cognitive dysfunction, as this may hinder understanding and following the safety guidelines of the device.
